摘要 专业课教学是培养工科学生专业素质及创新能力的重要阶段,学生的绝大部分专业知识及能力来源于专业教学课堂。《酶工程》课程涉及基因工程、细胞工程、酶工程和发酵工程等领域,是生物工程专业主干课程之一。针对《酶工程》教学现状,作者认为通过丰富教学方法、追踪研究动态和注重日常考核等教学方面的新举措,能较大程度提高教学效果。 Specialized-course teaching is an important process to cultivate the professional quality and innovation ability of engineering students. For most students, their specialized knowledge and ability are from classroom teaching. The course "Enzyme Engineering", which is one of the main courses in biological engineering major, involves genetic engineering, cell engineering, enzyme engineering and fermentation engineering and etc. Based on the current situation of the enzyme engineering teaching, the author insists that some new methods would improve the teaching effect significantly, such as various teaching methods, tracking research dynamic and emphasis on daily review.
