摘要
为了提高食品专业生物化学双语教学的教学质量与教学效果,笔者从应用型本科人才培养角度出发,对教学内容、"复线型"教材使用、校本教材编写、过渡型教学模式以及如何提高课堂效果等方面进行了探讨,为同类高校相关专业的生物化学双语教学提供参考。
In order to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect of bilingual teaching in biochemistry in food specialties, teaching content, "double-track-type" teaching materials application, school-based textbook written, transitional teaching mode and classroom teaching improvements were discussed from the application-oriented talents training perspective, providing a reference for bilingual teaching of biochemistry in the relevant specialties of similar colleges or universities.
