校企螺旋融合递进式人才培养模式研究与实践 被引量:2

摘要 针对当前高职院校在校企合作人才培养过程中存在的企业参与度不高、层次不深、人才培养质量提升不明显等问题,提出了一种具有开放、分享、递进、交融特性的螺旋融合递进式校企合作新模式。本文以无锡商业职业技术学院与无锡信捷电气股份有限公司开展的校企合作创新项目研究为切入点,详细阐述了该模式在高职院校工科专业人才培养实施过程中的具体做法,说明了校企合作工作开展所采用的"三化两式"合作思路。 Because of little participation and low level of the enterprise in the process of school-enterprisecooperation, the quality of talents training has been no obviously improved. Based on such background, a kindof school-enterprise talent training mode has been innovated which is called Spiral Progressive Model. Thismodel has the open, sharing, step-up and blend characteristics.The concrete measures on the application of theinnovative mode in the vocational colleges have been illustrated by taking the innovative cooperation project be-tween Wuxi Institute of Commerce and Wuxi Xinjie Electric Co., Ltd. as a focal point. Furthermore, the cooper-ation thinking, shorted to"Three Modernization and Two Types", were elaborated in this paper.
