我国的行政审批改革虽然卓有成效,但改革中遭遇的困境也亟待解决,审视行政审批制度的监督机制,在人大内部成立专门的行政审批监督机构,加强人大监督的可操作性,将人大监督权落到实处,是解决行政审批制度改革困境的新路径。

Examining the supervision mechanism of the administrative examination and approval system,establishing specialized agencies in the National People’s Congress to supervise administrative examination and approval,strengthening and realizing the supervision of the National People’s Congress on administrative examination and approval,implementing the supervision of the National People’s Congress is the way out of the dilemma of the reform of the administrative examination and approval rules.
