文章介绍了企业碳盘查与碳核查ISO 14064系列标准及其与ISO 14065标准之间的关系;阐述了企业碳盘查与碳核查实施流程;在分析我国实施企业碳盘查与碳交易现状方面,以辽阳石化为例重点介绍了中国石油天然气集团公司(简称中国石油)碳盘查与碳核查的开展情况、中国石油化工集团公司(简称中国石化)碳盘查与碳交易方面所做的工作,分析了国内7个碳交易市场的成交量、成交额等交易情况。企业通过碳盘查与碳核查,可为制定碳减排策略以及实施低碳项目提供数据依据。

This article introduces the series of standards of ISO14064,which is applied to carbon inventory and carbon trading in enterprises,and its relation with the ISO 14065.The implementation process and current situation of carbon inventory and carbon trading are also elaborated.It recommends the status of PetroChina's carbon inventory and carbon trading,taking Liaoyang Petrochemical Company as an example,and the work that Sinopec has done in this area.The trading volume and turnover of seven domestic carbon trading markets are also analyzed.It can provide data basis to generate carbon reduction strategies and implement low-carbon projects.
