某地区钻井清洁生产工艺研究

Drilling Technology Research of Cleaner Production in an Area

文章对某地区钻井废物处理的情况进行调研,分析了原治理技术及管理模式存在的不足,提出了随钻实时处理工艺中废水、固废减量化措施及钻井废物处理的技术要求。通过对该地区实施钻井清洁生产的试运行成果总结,说明了随钻实时处理工艺有助于实现钻井废物处置全过程受控,可有效削减钻井过程中的环境风险。

The situation of harmless treatment to drilling waste in an area is investigated,and the shortcomings of original treatment technology and management mode are analyzed so that treatment technology requirements are proposed for the wastewater,waste reduction measures and waste treatment in real-time drilling processing technology.Combined with the relevant national standards,control index requirements are developed for disposed wastes.By summarizing the drilling trial operation results of cleaner production in an area,realtime drilling processing technology achieves whole process control in drilling waste disposal,which can greatly reduce the environmental risk in drilling process.
