摘要
陆梁油田针对生产过程中H2S的产生特点,结合油田现场实际情况,进行除硫剂配方研究、筛选及加药工艺设计方案比选,优选无毒、无污染、适用于酸性体系的ZYSF-Ⅰ型有机除硫剂及套管连续点滴加药工艺进行单井除硫。采用此工艺方案对28口油井治理后,H2S含量平均下降了92.7%,治理后除3口井H2S含量在40mg/m3左右外,其他井的H2S含量均降至安全临界指标20mg/m3以下,治理效果良好。
According to the characteristics of H2 S produced in Luliang Oilfield production,combing with site situation,research of formulating,screening and dosing designing scheme of sulfur elimination were studied.Organic sulfur elimination of ZYSF-1type and drive pipe continuous drop technology were screened.Using this technology in 28 wells,the average content of H2 S had decreased 92.7%.Except3 wells,the H2 S content of the other wells had decreased to 20mg/m3,showing good treatment effects.
