摘要
在芳烃生产过程中,产生一定的氯化氢气体,通过无组织或排放筒排放到大气中,监测无组织排放的污染情况必须准确测定氯化氢含量。用弱碱性溶液吸收富集采样,分别用硫氰酸汞分光光度法和离子色谱法进行定量测定吸收溶液中Cl-含量的方法,并对两种方法进行比较。离子色谱法检出限为0.003mg/m3。能同时满足污染源和环境空气中氯化氢监测的要求。
Hydrogen chloride gas is produced in the production process of aromatic hydrocarbons and discharged to the atmosphere by no organization or discharge tube.To monitor the pollution of non-organized emissions must accurately determine the content of hydrogen chloride.After weak alkaline absorption solution and accumulation sampling,mercury thiocyanate spectrophotometry and ion chromatography were used for quantitative determination of chloride ion in absorption solution and respectively were evaluated.The detection limit was 0.003mg/m3,which could simultaneously meet the monitoring requirements of hydrogen chloride from pollution sources and environmental air.
