临床药师在急诊重症监护室抗感染治疗中的药学服务

Pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists in the anti-infective therapy in intensive care unit of the emergency department

目的:探讨临床药师在急诊重症监护室(ICU)抗感染治疗中发挥的药学服务作用。方法:分析急诊ICU抗感染治疗的典型病例,总结临床药师参与抗感染治疗的药学服务切入点和要点。结果和结论:临床药师运用药学专业知识,在急诊ICU抗感染治疗中开展药学服务,为优化治疗方案提供合理性建议,有利于提高抗感染治疗的安全性和有效性。

Objective： To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the anti-infective therapy in the intensive care unit （ICU） of the emergency department. Methods： Typical eases of anti-infective therapy in ICU of the emergency department were analyzed, and the entry point and key points associated with pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists were summarized ac- cordingly. Results and Conclusion： Through the application of pharmaceutical knowledge, pharmaceutical care by clinical phar- macists in the anti-infective therapy in ICU of the emergency department could provide proper recommendations for optimized regimens, which was definitely beneficial to the safety and efficacy of anti-infective therapy.
