摘要
提出了一种基于CAN2.0B总线协议、PIC单片机和BTS555功率器件的智能低压直流继电器的设计方案及实现方法。该型号继电器集远程控制与手动控制功能于一体,与计算机数字控制系统完美兼容,且具有过压、过流保护及超温保护功能,能够精确检测负载电压、电流和故障状态,并可与上位机主节点实时高速通讯。另外,还具有防高频尖峰脉冲的功能,适用于电机、电磁铁等大功率感性负载的通断切换。
In this paper, we designed an intelligent low voltage DC relay based on CAN2.0B bus protocol, PIC microcontroller and BTS555 power MOSFET. It was integrated with remote control and manual control functions, perfectly compatible with computer digital control system, and has overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature protection functions. It was also capable of accurately detecting load voltage, current and fault status, and can be real-time and high-speed communication with the host node.
