助交联剂对动态硫化乙烯-辛烯共聚物/聚丙烯弹性体性能的影响 被引量:2

Influence of cocuring agent on dynamically vulcanized ethylene-octene copolymer / polypropylene elastomer

摘要 研究了助交联剂三烯丙基氰脲酸酯(TAC)及其与N,N'-(1,3-亚苯基)二马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)并用对动态硫化乙烯-辛烯共聚物/聚丙烯弹性体(POE/PP TPV)性能的影响。结果表明,单独采用TAC作助交联剂时,POE/PP TPV的力学性能不理想;而当TAC与HVA-2并用时,POE/PP TPV的力学性能较单独使用TAC时有明显提高,且POE和PP两相间的相互作用力增大。TAC和HVA-2两者并用后,POE的熔融温度升高,结晶熔融焓降低,而PP的熔融温度降低,结晶熔融焓升高。 The effect of cocuring agent triallyl cyanurate(TAC) and its blend with N, N'-m-phenyl- ene bismaleimide(HVA-2) on the properties of dynamically vulcanized ethylene-octene copolymer/polypropylene elastomer ( POE/PP TPV) was studied. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the POE/PP TPV were not the best when using TAC as cocuring agent alone, but it improved evidently and the bounding force increased between POE andPP phase when using the blend of TAC with HVA-2. The melting temperature( Tm ) of" POE increased and crystal melt enthalpy( △Ht) decreased, but Tm of PP decreased and △Hf increased after the blend of TAC with HVA-2 was used.
