摘要
针对一个双层红外窗口进行了完整地光机热集成分析,包括结构设计、结构有限元分析以及热光学特性分析。利用MSC Nastran和Hypermesh对光机结构系统在轴向温度梯度场下进行热弹性分析。分析可知双层红外窗口的最大位移形变量为1.01×10-1 mm,将有限元节点位移信息代入Zemax中,光学系统在9.0 lp/mm处最终的MTF依然在0.2左右,符合设计需求,验证了所设计使用的双层红外窗口的热光学适应性。
This paper analyzed thermal, structural andoptical integration of a double infrared window completely, including structure design, finite element analysis and thermal analysis of the optical characteristics. The thermo elastic analysis of mechanical structure system in the axial temperature gradient field is done by using MSC Nastran and Hypermesh. Infrared analysis shows the double window maximum displacement deformation is 1.01×10-1 mm, The finite element nodal displacement information is substituted into the Zemax. The optical system 9.0 lp/mm at the final MTF is still around 0.2, which meets the design requirements, and verifies the suitability of the design of the thermo-optical infrared window.
