摘要 近红外光谱分析技术由于其独特的技术优势在许多领域中已得到广泛应用。简要阐述了近红外光谱分析技术的概念及其在无损检测中的应用情况,综述了近红外光谱技术在种子硬实测定中的应用情况,在此基础上介绍了利用近红外光谱分析技术测定种子硬实率的方法,并提出了存在的问题及发展方向。 Near infrared spectroscopy(NIR) has been used widely in many research areas because of its unique technical advantages. In this paper, the NIR technique's concept and its application situation in non-destructive testing were briefly illustrated, and the method for determination of the hard seed percentage with NIR were introduced in detail on the basis of reviewing the application of NIR on qualitative identification of the hard seed percentage. Also,the existing problems and research direction were issued. The aim of this paper was to provide assistance in researching on the non-destructive testing method for hard seed percentage. It will be meaningful to help the future researches on the traits of hard seeds.
