摘要
单相电能表在完成组装后都需要将电能表与接线器进行可靠的对接,完成检测。针对目前人工对接方式效率低下、费时费力、不能满足自动化生产需求的缺点,为了满足自动化单相表检定线的工作需求,提高自动化水平,设计了一种曲回式自动接线装置,并在底部设计一套顶升定位装置,完成电能表的顶升定位。同时,每套压接装置含有四套滑动架,每套滑动架上安装一只由气缸推动的推表手指,使电能表压接可靠。研究表明,该系统显著地提高了单相自动化检定线的工作效率,节省了人工成本,为自动化技术在接拆线装置应用打下了夯实的技术基础。
After assembling, the single phase energy meters need to be reliably connected with the junction box to complete calibration. At present, the manual conjunction mode cannot meet the demands for automatic production because of its low efficiency and consuming effort. In order to satisfy the operation requirement for automatic single phase energy meter calibration line, and enhance the automation level, the curved back style automatic wiring device is designed; and a set of lifting and positioning device is designed at the bottom. In addition, each crimping apparatus comprises four sliding frames, and a cylinder driven finger for pushing meter is installed on each sliding frame, to make the energy meter being connected reliably. The research indicates that the system significantly enhances the working efficiency of the automatic calibration line for single phase meter, and saves the labor cost, this lay a solid technical foundation for automation technology applying in wiring connection and disconnection devices.
