摘要
以A 357合金为对象,研究了Ti含量对其组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,A 357合金铝液中加入Ti,可以使铝液在较小的过冷度下出现大量细小的非自发晶核,抗拉强度和相对伸长率都随着Ti加入量的增加而增大。当Ti含量为0.14%时,合金的抗拉强度和相对伸长率最好,分别为311.26 MPa和3.3%。
The effect of Ti content on microstructure and mechanical properties of A 357 alloys was studied. The results show that there is a large number of small non spontaneous nucleation under smaller supercooling after adding Ti to A 357 alloy aluminum liquid, and the ter;sile strength and elongation of A 357 alloy increase with Ti content. The tensile strength and elongation of A 357 alloy is 311.26 MPa and 3.3%, respectively, when the Ti content is 0.14%.
