摘要
采用ABAQUS软件对SA508-Ⅲ钢圆柱壳在高温度梯度下的蠕变性能进行了模拟。结果表明,圆柱壳厚度方向温度梯度的存在使得圆柱壳厚度的两侧发生屈服,而中间区域仍处于弹性区。材料蠕变的发生导致蠕变应变迅速提高,随后保持稳定。而应力发生松弛后再重新分布,并且在圆柱壳厚度所在的中间弹性区域发生突变。
The creep characteristic of the cylindrical shell made from the steel SA508-III under high temperature gradient was simulated by the software ABAQUS. The results show that the temperature gradient of the cylindrical shell along the thickness direction makes both sides yield, while the middle area is still in the elastic region. The strain increases rapidly due to the creep, but then the strain remains the same. Meanwhile, the stress redistributes after relaxing and mutates in the middle elastic region of the cylindrical shell.
