摘要
采用超声振动辅助搅拌法制备Mg-6Zn-1Y-0.2Co-0.1Sc镁合金,利用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析仪和力学性能试验机等分析测试手段,研究其微观组织与低温拉伸性能。结果表明,Mg-6Zn-1Y-0.2Co-0.1Sc镁合金由α-Mg基体和少量Mg3YZn6和Mg3Y2Zn3相组成。随着温度的降低,合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐增加,伸长率逐渐降低。
The microstructure and low temperature tensile properties of magnesium alloy were studied by XRD, SEM, EDS, and mechanical property tester. The results show that the main phases of Mg-6Zn-IY-0.2Co-0.1Sc magnesium alloy are α-Mg, Mg3YZn6, and Mg3Y2Zn3. The tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy increase with the decrease of temperature, while the elongation decreased.
