摘要 通过宏观检查、光谱分析、金相试验、断口形貌观察、能谱分析,以及应力腐蚀试验,对电网HPb59-1铅黄铜部件开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,开裂失效的主要原因是由应力腐蚀造成的。材质中铅含量过高降低了材料性能,促进了开裂。铅黄铜部件安装前应进行应力腐蚀试验,试验合格才可安装,必要时可更换为耐应力腐蚀的材质。 The reason for fracture of HPb59-1 lead brass part used in power grid was investigated by using macroscopic examination, spectral analysis, metallurgical testing, SEM and EDS composition analysis as well as stress corrosion testing. The results show that the main reason for the cracking could be contributed to stress corrosion. The excess of the lead in the material decreases the properties of the material and thus promotes the cracking. It is suggested that stress corrosion testing should be carded out and passed before the installation of lead brass parts, and if necessary, the lead brass should be replaced with a kind of material resistant to stress corrosion.
