摘要
为了改善钢材质量,设计4种不同下降管浸入深度的RH模型。利用Fluent软件对夹杂物的去除进行模拟。结果表明,增加RH下降管浸入深度可以显著提高夹杂物的去除率,缩短夹杂物的去除时间,提高钢液的洁净度。
In order to improve the quality of steel, four kinds of RH models with different immersed depth of drop tube were designed. The inclusions removals were simulated by Fluent software. The results show that the removal rate of inclusions is improved by increasing the immersed depth of drop tube, and the time of inclusion removal is shorten.
