摘要
运用元胞自动机(CA)与有限元(FE)相耦合模型的Pro CAST软件,模拟计算了Q345钢铸坯的凝固组织及晶粒形核与长大机制,比较了不同硫磷含量对凝固组织的影响。结果表明,晶粒竞争生长,择优取向为<100>方向。综合考虑铸坯质量,在不改变边界条件与形核动力学参数的条件下,有害杂质元素硫磷w(%)选取0.02%P、0.04%S为宜。
The solidification structure of Q345 steel billet was simulated using FE (Finite Element)-CA (Cellular Automaton) coupling model of the ProCAST software. The mechanism of grain nucleation and growth was simulation. The influence of different alloy elements, contents on the solidified structure was calculated. The results show that the growth of grains is competed and the preferred direction is 〈100〉. By comprehensive consideration of billet quality, the contents of P and S should be that 0.02% P and 0.04% S without changing any current casting parameters.
