摘要
分析了铝及铝合金中Na、Ca杂质的生成过程和相关机理,论述了Na、Ca杂质的主要来源途径及其对铝及铝合金的危害作用。分析和论述的结果表明,Na、Ca杂质主要是在冶金过程中产生并污染电解铝液,进而对铝合金的铸造性能和产品质量产生重要的影响。
The generating process and mechanism of sodium and calcium in aluminium and aluminium alloys were analyzed. Main source and harmful effect of sodium and calcium on aluminium and aluminium alloys were clarified and discussed. The results of analysis and discussion show that the sodium and calcium mainly come from metallurgical process. The impurity elements contaminate liquid primary aluminium, and have harmful effect on casting property and product quality of aluminium alloy.
