摘要
以TRIP 590钢为对象,研究焊接速度对其焊接接头微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着焊接速度的提高,焊缝逐渐变窄并且趋于平滑。焊接接头HAZ区存在大量的贝氏体和铁素体。板条状马氏体是WZ区的主要组织。提高焊接速度可以细化晶粒,提高WZ区的强度和硬度。焊缝中心的硬度最高,从焊缝中心经HAZ区到BM区,硬度逐渐下降。
The effect of welding speed on microstructute and mechanical properties of TRIP 590 steel welding were studied. The results show that the weld line turns more narrow and smooth with the increase of welding speed. The main phases of HAZ are bainite and ferrite, and the main phases of WZ zone is lath-shaped martensite. The strength and hardness of the WZ zone are improved due to refine the grain. The hardness decreases from the Centre of the weld line to the BM zone.
