摘要 分析了焊装车间某白车身主焊、侧围激光深熔焊焊缝质量问题,提出几种焊缝常见质量缺陷,并对这些质量缺陷提出优化方案。通过调整机器人轨迹并优化板材匹配等手段,解决了常见的焊缝切割和气孔造成的功能性质量问题,提高了焊缝的连接强度。 Analyzing the quality problems in the main welding, side wall of Laser Deep Penetration Welding of A BIW in the welding workshop, several common quality defects in welds were presented, and optimization solution to these quality defects was proposed. By means of adjusting the trajectory of robot and improving the match of sheets, common welding quality problems caused by welding cutting and stomatal was solved and connection strength of welding was improved.
