摘要
采用真空炉来实现Sn-Pb合金的熔炼,设计了一套基于模糊PID算法的控制系统;经过一次参数整定,实现了熔炼温度的高精度控制。该控制系统可使炉内温度快速趋于目标值,降低了能耗;控制精度高,获得了品质良好的产品。
Using vacuum furnace in Sn-Pb alloy smelting, a control system by fuzzy P1D control algorithm was designed, through once parameter tuning, high-precision control of the melting temperature was achieved. The control system can make furnace temperature rapidly tend to target, and achieve high control precision, so as to reduce energy consumption and obtain the products with well quality.
