摘要
进行铜合金板类铸件砂型铸造工艺设计时,在铸件的浇注位置及冒口位置确定后,冒口尺寸的确定是重要的内容,通常采用经验设计方法或凝固模拟技术,但前者不够准确,而后者繁复费时,故缺乏一种既较为准确、又十分便捷的冒口设计方法去指导工艺设计。笔者根据长期的实践经验及统计分析,并结合计算机凝固模拟技术,找出铝青铜及黄铜异形板类铸件形状参数与冒口形状参数之间的关系,建立了较为准确和便捷的冒口计算、核算方法,既能保证铸件质量而又能获得较高的工艺出品率,还能提高工艺设计效率,这对于铜合金板类铸件冒口设计是有指导意义的。
When conducting the sand mould casting technology design of copper alloy plate, the casting head dimension is very important after defining the pouring position and casting head position. It often defined by empirical design and solidification simulation technology, but the former lack accuracy, the latter is heavy and complicated. Therefore, there lack of a more accurate and convenient casting head design method to guide the design process. The relationship between casting shape parameter and head shape parameter of aluminum bronze and brass was found by author according to the practical experience, statistical analysis and combined with simulation technology. The calculation and accounting method of casting head were established. It not only assures the cast product quality and obtain the higher technological yield, but also improve the technological design efficiency. It has guiding significance for casting head design of copper alloy plate castings.
