防尘端盖制造工艺研究

在分析传统工艺特点,通过改变加工工艺和利用粉末冶金两种方法制造输送辊防尘端盖,确保生产工艺的合理性。结果表明,利用粉末冶金工艺具有加工效率高、生产成本低的特点,符合企业的发展。

Based on analyzing the characteristics of the traditional manufacturing process, two ways of changing the processing process and using powder metallurgy technology were used to manufacture dust covers of conveyor roller to ensure the rationality of manufacturing process. The results show that powder metallurgical technology has the characteristics of high processing efficiency and low cost, it is suitable for the development of enterprises.
