摘要
文章分析了新疆维吾尔自治区高等学校研究生就业指导工作的现状与存在的问题,针对上述内容,以提高研究生就业质量为目的,改善研究生就业指导工作现状为导向,提出几点建设性建议和措施。
The paper analyzes the higher school graduate employment guidance work present situation and the existing problems in Xinjiang uygur autonomous region , and according to the above content ,in order to improve the quality of graduate employment,for the purpose of improving the graduate employment guidance work status as the guidance,put forward some constructive suggestions and countermeasures.
