Analysis on the Countermeasures for Talent Team Construction of Nonmilitary Personnel in Military University Library

文章对军校图书馆文职人员的基本情况进行了问卷调查,在此基础上分析了人才队伍建设的现状,并提出了切实可行的对策,以完善军校图书馆文职人员人才队伍建设,促进军校图书馆的可持续发展。

Based on a questionnaire survey of the basic situation of nonmilitary personnel in military university library,the paper analyzes the present situation of the talent team construction and puts forward some feasible countermeasures,in order to improve the military universtiy library talent team construction of nonmilitary personnel,promote the sustainable development of the military universtiy library.
