摘要
用大白鼠7只,以骨骼肌桥接坐骨神经缺损8mm.术后4~6个月观察,再生神经纤维顺利地通过肌桥,肌组织巳为再生的神经纤维所取代,光镜和电镜下观察巳接近正常的神经组织.神经传导速度存活4个月的实验侧为正常侧的24.1%;5个月的为38.1%.肌力4个月的实验侧为正常侧的46.4%;5个月的为84.7%;六个月的为88.5%.
On 7 Wistar rats,the sciatic ne-rve on either side was cut off andthen the nerve defect(8mm)was br-idged with a piece of skeletal muscle.4 months or more following the brid-ging,histological examination,bothunder light and electron microscopes,have demonstrated successful nerveregeneration.Many muscle fibers inthe grafting bridge were replaced byregenerating nerve fibers.Nerve con-ductive velocity in the bridged nerverecovered to 24.1% at the fourth mo-nth and 38.1% at the fifth month ofthat of the control.Myodynamic exa-mination showed that the gastrocne-mius muscle on the operated side re-covered to 88.5% of that of the con-trol side.
