摘要
随着国资国企改制工作的不断深入,如何真正维护好职工的合法权益是工会面临的重要课题。天津市总工会国资工委针对个别企业在改革中对国资国企改革的方针政策宣传力度不够、方案不够透明、履行民主程序不够规范,导致部分职工对国资国企改革的政策不了解、不理解、不支持等问题,在深入调研的基础上,提出了建立源头参与机制;建立党政工信息共享平台;加强监督检查;加强舆论引导;加强困难职工、困难企业、分流下岗、待岗职工的帮扶机制建设,在政府制定相关政策时积极建言献策的建设性意见。
In the reform of state-owned enterprises,it's an important topic for trade unions that how to effectively defend staff rights.Because some enterprises did not give explanations for the principles and policies fully enough,or open and clear reform plans,and did not completely perform the democratic process as requirements,so some staff did not fully know or understand or support the policies of the reform of state-owned enterprises.After comprehensive investigation and study,Tianjin Federation of Trade Union Work Committee for State-owned Assets provides the proposal of source participation system,and the building of party-government-staff information sharing platform,further strengthening supervision and media guidance,the support system of staff in need,enterprises in need,fully and temporarily laid off workers,and to offer more advises,helping the government in forming relative policies.
