非小细胞肺癌组织中MDM2的生物学功能及临床意义 被引量:3

The relationship of MDM2 with microvascular density in non- small cell lung cancer and its significance

摘要 目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中鼠双微体基因2(murine double mimute 2,MDM2)、乳腺癌易感基因(breast cancer susceptility gene,BRCA1)和原癌基因(C-Myc)的表达及临床意义。方法:收集NSCLC组织标本48例和癌旁组织20例,采用免疫组化SP法分别检测MDM2、BRCA1和C-Myc的表达,分析MDM2与临床病理指标及与BRCA1、C-Myc的关系。结果:NSCLC中MDM2、C-Myc阳性率和BRCA1异常表达率明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);MDM2和C-Myc阳性表达与NSCLC的分化程度、TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别无显著性相关(P>0.05);BRCA1异常表达与NSCLC的TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、组织类型、分化程度无显著性相关(P>0.05)。三者的表达存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:MDM2在NSCLC发生和转移中可能起重要作用,通过MDM2、BRCA1和C-Myc的相关分析得出三者与NSCLC的浸润转移密切相关,可作为NSCLC预后的判断指标之一。 Objective:To determine the expression of MDM2,BRCA1 and C -Myc in non -small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)and their relationship.Methods:48 cases of NSCLC and 20 normal cases were detected by immunohisto-chemistry SP method,and analyze the relationship of MDM2,BRCA1 and C -Myc.Results:The abnormal expression of MDM2,BRCA1 and C -Myc in NSCLC were significantly higher than that in normal tissue(P <0.05),the positive expression of MDM2 and C -Myc was related with degree of differentiation,tumor staging of NSCLC and lymph nodemetastasis,there was no significant correlation with age and gender(P >0.05 ),the abnormal expression of BRCA1 was related with,tumor staging of NSCLC and lymph nodemetastasis,there was no significant correlation with age,gender,histologic type,degree of differentiation(P >0.05).All of their positive expressions were related with each other(P <0.05).Conclusion:The positive expression of MDM2 may play an important role in non -small cell lung cancer.MDM2,BRCA1 and C -Myc were related with the invasion and metastasis of NSCLC.Expression of MDM2,BRCA1 and C -Myc may be valuable to further understand the squamous carcinoma.
