摘要 目的:探讨人大肠癌组织中FAP表达与其临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化EN法检测1 4 5例大肠癌组织中FAP的表达。结果:FAP半定量计数、表达浓度与肿瘤分期呈正相关(P=0.02,P=0.01),即在临床分期高的肿瘤组织中,FAP表达的量及浓度都显著增高;FAP染色与肿瘤分级之间没有明显的相关性(P>0.05)。结论:FAP高表达可能与大肠癌的浸润生长及转移有密切关系。 Objective:To investigate the expression of FAP in human colorectal carcinoma and the relationship be-tween the expression and clinicopathological features.Methods:The expression of FAP was detected by immunohisto-chemical EN technique in 145 cases of colorectal carcinoma.Results:Stromal FAP intensity and semiquantitative a-nalysis were positively correlated to cancer stage(P <0.05).There was no correlation of FAP staining with tumor grade.Conclusion:The expression of FAP in colorectal carcinoma is related with tumor aggressiveness and metasta-sis.Detection of FAP expression might be helpful in the evaluation of the prognostic factors in patients with colorectal carcinoma.
