摘要 【目的】对聚乙烯类渔网防污涂料的柔韧性和附着性能进行表征评价。【方法】从8种基体树脂中筛选出3种柔韧性和附着性能表现良好的树脂:丙烯酸树脂、氯醚树脂MP25和氯醚树脂MP45,并使用前两种树脂制备出3种适用于聚乙烯类渔网的防污涂料(编号Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ),然后采用浸涂法对聚乙烯类渔网进行涂装并实海挂网,最后利用扫描电镜对渔网涂膜进行表征。【结果】氯醚树脂MP25作为基体树脂所制备的防污涂料在聚乙烯类渔网上的附着力与柔韧性均较好。【结论】扫描电镜可以对聚乙烯类渔网防污涂料进行筛选并对其性能进行表征;氯醚树脂MP25是制备聚乙烯类渔网防污涂料较理想的茎体树脂。 【Objective】To assess tensile strength and adhesions of antifouling coatings for polyethylene fiber netting.【Methods】3out of 8resins with proper tensile strength and adhesions were screened,which are acrylic resin,chlorinated polyether resin MP25 and chlorinated polyether resin MP45.Acrylic resin and chlorinated polyether risin MP25 were used to produce antifouling coatingsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ.Polyethylene fiber fish nets were painted through dip coating and were submerged in seawater.The fish nets films was assessed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).【Results】Assessment results showed that chlorinated polyether resin MP25 was a better film forming material for antifouling coatings.【Conclusion】SEM could screen out proper antifouling coatings for polyethylene fiber netting and assess its performance.
