摘要
从实证研究入手,以"高校学报发表的校内学术论文质量是该校学术诚信建设的一面镜子"为视角,采用数据检测、比较和重点调研,分析浙江省高校加强学术诚信建设的现状。在此基础上,归纳总结浙江省高校加强学术道德建设、防范和惩治不端行为、净化科研和学术氛围的有效措施和机制构建,为进一步推进高等教育体制改革提供依据。
The quality of academic papers published by the university journal is the perspective of the construction of academic integrity. Through empirical research, using data detection, comparison and key research, this paper analyses the current situation of the construction of academic integrity in colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province. To sum up the effective measures and mechanisms to strengthen the construction of academic integrity, prevent and punish misconduct, to purify the scientific research and academic atmosphere in Colleges and universities in Zhejiang province, in order to further promote the reform of higher education system.
