供应链金融风险及其产生机理研究

Research on Finance Risk of Supply Chain and Its' Generation Mechanism

文章探讨了供应链金融的基本形式及风险的主要类型,供应链金融风险主要有4种:信用风险、操作风险、安全风险和环境风险。产生风险的原因主要有以下几个:供应链金融参与主体的诚信度,专业操作水平,金融和信息技术水平,贷款资产的安全性;供应链金融系统的复杂性、扩展性和文化差异性;供应链金融环境中法律的完善程度,以及市场的规范程度等。构建了供应链金融风险的产生机理模型,通过实例分析了供应链金融风险的产生过程,为供应链金融风险防范提供了依据。

The paper discussed the main types of basic form and the finance risks of supply chain .Finance risk of sup-ply chain mainly included credit risk ,operational risk ,security risk ,and environmental risk ( including legal risk ,mar-ket risk,etc.) .The reason of risk involved in whether the parties of supply chain comply with the integrity principle , whether the parties operate professionally ,financial and information technology ,the security of loan assets;the com-plexity ,extensibility ,and cultural differences of supply chain financial system; the degree of perfection of the law and market regulation in financial environment of supply chain .And this paper also analyzed the process of supply chain financial risk through the examples ,thus provided the basis for the supply chain financial risk prevention .
