我国新生代农民工的现实诉求探析

On Realistic Demand of the New Generation of Migrant Workers in China

从渴望人文关怀、文化教育需求、自身发展、融入城市、维护权益、参与政治等六个方面归纳了我国新生代农民工对现实生活的诉求,又从六个维度探讨了新生代农民工诉求的主要原因,提出了解决其合理诉求的主要途径,以期引起政府部门和社会的关注,帮助新生代农民工走出利益诉求困境,促进全社会和谐稳定。

This article summed up the new generation of migrant workers ’ real life demands from six aspects:the desire for human care ,cultural education needs ,their own development ,integration into the city ,the maintenance of the rights and interests ,participation in politics and other aspects .And discussed the main reason of the new genera-tion of migrant workers from six dimensions , put forward the major way to solve the reasonable demands so as to cause the social concern and promote the society to be more harmonious and stable .
