摘要
为解决在数控渐进成形中由于挤压工具压入点集中而使工件局部凹陷的问题,研究了基于商用UG软件的挤压工具下压点沿工件轮廓均布的等高线成形轨迹生成方法,并通过数字模拟和实际成形实验分析了所生成下压点分散成形轨迹的成形效果。结果表明,该方法能够解决工件局部凹陷问题,提高成形质量。
In order to solve the problem of the local dent on sheet part caused by concentration of the underdraught points of the extrusion tool during the NC incremental forming,a method was studied for the generation of the contour forming path that the underdraught points of the extrusion tool uniformly distributed along the contour of sheet part based on the commercial software of UG. The forming effect of the forming path with the dispersed underdraught points was analyzed through numerical simulation and actual forming experiment. The results show that this method can solve the problem of the local dent on sheet part and improve the forming quality.
