电流频谱识别法在柱塞泵故障诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 以电机拖动轴向柱塞泵为研究对象,依据液压动力系统运行时机电液参量间的耦合效应,深入分析了柱塞泵发生单柱塞泄漏故障下引起的流量、电磁转矩、电流发生故障脉动的机制。利用AMESim对其仿真分析,其结果表明:在柱塞泵发生单柱塞泄漏故障下系统流体参量出现故障脉动频率,再通过电机与泵的耦合反向作用于电机电流信号,使其出现表征发生该故障的边频分量,且特征频率幅值随着负载增大而增加,为从电流信号中提取轴向柱塞泵故障信息提供了一种新思路。 The mechanism of fault pulsations of flux,electromagnetic torque and current of hydraulic power system caused by pump broken of single plunger leakage fault was analyzed in depth on the basis of the coupling effect between the mechanical parameters,electrical parameters and liquid parameters of the power system,by taking the axial piston pump driven by motor as a study object. The main parameters were simulated by AMESim. The results show that liquid parameters of system have fault pulsation frequency under single plunger leakage fault,which is then acted reversely to the current signal of motor through coupling of the pump and motor,so that the weight of margin frequency is appeared which characterized the fault occurring. The amplitude of the characteristic frequency increases with load increasing,which provides a new way for fault information extraction of axial piston pump from the current signal.
