内观疗法对2型糖尿病患者病情的影响

Effect of Naikan therapy on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:观察内观疗法对2型糖尿病患者病情的影响。方法:随机将120例2型糖尿病患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各60例。研究组患者采用常规药物治疗联合内观疗法治疗;对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,比较两组患者的血生化指标及患者自我管理水平。结果:治疗后两组患者的血生化指标均较治疗前降低,研究组患者显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的自我管理总分均较治疗前升高,研究组患者显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:在常规药物治疗基础上对2型糖尿病患者实施内观疗法有助于改善患者的病情,提高患者对自身病情的认识及自我管理水平。

Objective: To investigate effect of Naikan therapy on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 120 cases were randomly divided into study group (routine treatment combined Naikan therapy) and control group (routine treatment), 60 cases in each group. Blood biochemical indexes and self-management levels of the two groups were compared. Results: The two groups of the blood biochemical indexes decreased after the intervention than those before, and the study group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0. 05). The self-management levels of the two group increased after the intervention than those before, and the study group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Conclusions: The implementation of Naikan therapy based on routine treatment could significantly improve the conditions of the diabetic patients, and improve diabetic patients understand-ing of their conditions and self-management level.
