摘要
提出一种提高复合材料身管散热性能的方法,拟在缠绕身管的复合材料表面镀镍后再进行缠绕,以提高复合材料身管散热性能。应用ANSYS有限元分析软件模拟了镀镍缠绕式复合材料身管和普通复合材料身管的径向传热过程。分析发现镀镍缠绕式复合材料身管内部热量主要经镀镍层传至身管表面进行散热,在相同射击和冷却条件下镀镍缠绕式复合材料身管内层温度更低。相比普通复合材料身管,镀镍层开辟了新的热量传递途径,提高了复合材料身管的散热性能。
This paper presented a method of improving the cooling performance of composite material barrel,nickel on the surface of the composite material before wrap on the barrel to improve the cooling performance of the composite material barrel.Applicated the ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate the radial heat transfer process of the nickelled and wrapped composite material barrel and the common composite material barrel.Analysis found that nickelled and wrapped composite barrel internal heat transmitted to the surface of the barrel by nickel coating for cooling,in the same firing and cooling conditions the inner temperature of the nickelled and wrapped composite material barrel is more lower.Compared to the common composite material barrel,nickel coating opened up new avenues for heat transfer,improved the cooling performance of composite material barrel.
