摘要 对B探针的电磁感应原理进行分析,得出B探针的安装偏差会对测量电枢膛内位置及速度带来误差。分别考虑存在安装角度偏差和安装位移偏差两种条件下,对电枢通过B探针时间的测量误差进行了理论分析,并通过试验证明了理论分析的正确性。用带有安装偏差的B探针测得的电枢速度曲线偏离真实速度曲线比较大,采用二次多项式拟合方法对B探针安装偏差导致的时间测量误差进行修正,用修正后的数据得到的电枢速度曲线与电枢真实速度曲线比较接近,证明该方法能减小安装偏差带来的测速误差,提高测速精度。 Based on theoretical analysis of B-probe measurement in terms of electromagnetic induction,the installation deviation of B-probe can cause both location and velocity error in the measurement of armature.Time error in the measurement of armature is analyzed under the condition of the two types of deviation respectively,including angular deviation and displacement deviation.Experimental results show the validity of the theoretical analysis.The measured armature speed curve error due to B-probe installation deviation is relatively large in terms of deviation from the real speed curve.Quadratic polynomial fitting method is used to correct this error.Calculation results show that this method can greatly reduce the measurement error caused by installation error,and improve the precision of armature speed measurement.
