摘要 在传统的装备故障维修方法选择过程中,由于FMEA中评价指标等级划分及故障描述语言具有模糊性,给故障各指标的评定及维修方法的选择带来很大困难。将模糊理论引入FMEA中,对故障指标进行模糊评定,利用综合模糊贴近度,为故障选择最合理的维修方法,并以自行高炮自动机为例,验证了该方法的可行性。 In the traditional process of selecting maintenance mode for equipment failure,the division of evaluation index grades and failure descriptive language is fuzzy in the FMEA,so the difficulties arise in evaluating the failure indices and in selecting reasonable maintenance mode.In order to make a fuzzy evaluation of failure indices,Fuzzy Theory was introduced into the FMEA in this paper.The optimal maintenance mode is to be chosen based on the fuzzy nearness degree.The feasibility of this approach is verified by taking the auto-mechanism of the self-propelled anti-aircraft gun system as an example.
