屠宰场疑似牛结核病料的细菌分离和PCR鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 为了解屠宰场疑似牛结核组织病料中结核分枝杆菌复合群(MTC)的感染状况,在乌鲁木齐市屠宰场采集包括肺、淋巴结、乳房在内的16份疑似牛结核可疑结节,分别接种于培养基进行结核分枝杆菌复合群(MTC)的分离,获得的5株临床分离菌用MTC多重PCR鉴定,两株为MTC菌株,两株为非结核分枝杆菌,另一株未扩增出可用于鉴定的特异性片段。该结果表明屠宰场所采病料中存在结核分枝杆菌和非结核分枝杆菌的感染。 To understand of the infection status on of mycobacterium tuberculosis complex(MTC)from suspected tissue of bovine tuberculosis in abattoir,16 suspected tissue samples including lung, lymph nodes,breast, were collected and the MTC were isolated. 5 strains obtained from the culture were identified by MTC multiple PCR. Result shows that 2 of them are MTC and other 2 non-MTC, another one has no specific sizes for identification. It also shows that MTC and non-MTC were existed in suspected samples collected in slaughterhouse.
