摘要 WK-55电铲的大型电气故障主要是由IGBT击穿引起的,击穿一旦发生,除了IGBT本身损坏以外,附近的电气元件也会大范围损坏。介绍了IGBT特性,分析了IGBT击穿原因,并提出了相应的解决方案。 Large electrical fault of WK-55 shovel is caused by IGBT breakdown. If breakdown occurs, in addition to damage IGBT itself, the electrical components in the vicinity will also be a large range of damage. The article introduces the characteristics of IGBT, analyzes the reasons of IGBT breakdown, and presents the corresponding solution.
