摘要
针对大浪滩低品位钾矿,分别采用清水、饱和盐水、饱和芒硝溶液、晶间卤水为溶剂,进行了溶解平衡和溶解动态规律试验,考察了溶浸液各组分的质量分数和溶出率随溶剂量变化的规律;对溶浸动态过程进行了监测,考察了卤水作溶剂的溶浸过程中各组分溶出情况随时间的变化规律。本研究成果对溶浸开采低品位钾矿的溶剂选择、溶剂量的确定以及溶浸过程的操作控制等具有重要的指导意义。
Tests were conducted on the solubility equilibrium and dissolving dynamics for the low-grade potash in Dalangtan Salt Lake, using water, saturated salt-water, saturated sodium sulfate solution and inter-crystalline brine as solvents and the laws of the concentration and dissolution rate of each component in the leaching solution with change of the solvent amount were investigated. The leaching dynamic process was monitored. The rules of change with time for the dissolution of each component in the leaching process with brine as solvent were explored. The study results could serve as guide to the solvent selection, the de termination of solvent amount, the control of leaching process operation in the leaching mining of low-grade potash.
