摘要
本文阐述的重点是结合贵州的磷矿和煤炭资源优势,通过磷煤一体化共生耦合形成新的产业链。在煤制合成氨基础上引入大型硝酸装置,利用硝酸替代硫酸分解磷矿萃取磷酸,下游可根据市场需要灵活选择终端产品,利用合成氨产生的二氧化碳与磷矿中钙结合转化为工业碳酸钙。其目的在于通过磷煤一体化从根本上解决:磷石膏排放带来的严重生态环境问题,磷复肥产品单一、市场恶性竞争、利润空间狭窄的问题,大量耗用硫资源但资源价值未能有效转化进入产品、硫磺对国际市场依存度太大所带来的市场风险问题,中低品位磷矿清洁高效利用问题。
The paper is focused on developing a new industrial chain by integrating phosphate and coal industry, taking the advantage of phosphate and coal resources in Guizhou. Based on coal to synthesize ammonia, a large scale nitric acid production plant was introduced using nitric acid instead of sulfuric acid to decompose phosphate rocks and to extract phosphoric acid. End products are selected flexibly in accordance with the market needs at the downstream and the industrial calcium carbonate is translated from carbon dioxide and calcium in phosphate rocks produced by synthesized ammonia . It aims at solving the problems of the serious ecological environment caused by phosphogypsum discharge, single compound phosphate fertilizer product, vicious market competition, narrow profit margins, massive consumption of sulfur resources without being transformed in value to the products and the market risk brought about by sulfur, which heavily depends on the international market and the clean and effective utilization of low grade phosphate rocks.
