化肥减量生物肥增施对莴笋产量和品质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 研究不同的施肥措施,即不施肥、当地传统施肥、化肥减量10%配施50kg/667m2Bio、化肥减量20%配施75kg/667m2Bio、化肥减量30%配施100kg/667m2Bio对莴笋的产量和品质的影响。结果表明,与传统完全施用化肥相比,配施生物肥Bio可以降低莴笋可食用部分中的硝酸盐含量,提高Vc、可溶性固形物以及可溶性糖含量。尤其是化肥减量20%配施75kg/667m2Bio的处理,不仅显著改善了莴笋可食用部分的品质,且产量达到最高值。 Study the different fertilization practice, namely no fertilization, local traditional fertilization, fertilization reduction 10% with 50 kg / 667 m2 Bio, fertilizer reduction 20% with 75 kg / 667 m2 Bio, fertil- izer reduction 30% with 100 kg / 667 m2 Bio, how to effect the yield and quality of lettuce. The results showed that comparing with the traditional fully application of chemical fertilizer, combined with Bio can re- duce the nitrate content in the lettuce edible part, improve the Vc, soluble solids, and soluble sugar content. Especially the treatment of fertilization reduction 20% with 75 kg / 667 m2 of Bio, not only significantly in- creased the quality of lettuce edible part, the yield also reached the maximum value.
