摘要 本文以秀水河防洪工程设计中设计洪水分析计算为例,提出了在流域设计洪水计算中,如果遇到了上下游计算成果出现矛盾,如何进行修正,以达到设计成果的一致性;又提出了如果遇到水文站资料系列基础不一致,在还原水文资料困难的条件下,如何进行对比分析计算,合理采用;同时也提出了如果上游有水库调节作用,下游有控制站,区间洪水的简化推求方法,保证设计洪水成果更加合理,更加适合和满足工程设计的要求。 The design flood calculation in the design of xiushui river flood control project is taken as an example. The correction method of watershed design flood calculation is put forward, which can ensure the design results consistency and avoid conflicting results between upstream and downstream. The method of comparative analysis and calculation is also carried out under the conditions that hydrologic data series~ basis is inconsistent and the hydrologic data restoration is difficult. And the reduced calculation method of flood of the uncontrolled intervening area is put forward under the conditions that there is reservoir regulation in upstream and control station in downstream, which can make the design flood results more reasonable and sufficient to satisfy the requirements of engineering design.
