摘要
胜任力素质和实践技能是应用型本科人才培养的重要内容。福建师大协和学院人力资源管理专业作为省级特色专业,以社会需求导向、职业发展动力、岗位胜任力要求、特色创新为实践教学体系设计理念,嵌入HRM胜任力,设计培养规格、优化课程体系、丰富与创新教学方法、建立立体开放的教学学平台与评价反馈机制,构建基于胜任力人力资源管理省级特色专业实践教学体系,不断完善基于HRM胜任力的人才培养目标。
Competency and practical skills are very important in application-oriented universities. Human resources management in Concord University College, Fujian Normal University is Provincial characteristic major. It attaches importance to social needs, career development, practical teaching system design, idea, post competency and characteristics. By embedding HRM competency, we can design talent training standard, optimize curriculum system, reform teaching method, build the three-dimensional open learning platform and set up appraisal feedback mechanism, and build practice teaching system on the basis of competency of human resources management, and constantly improve the talent cultivating target.
