办刊理念,决定着办刊的方式和刊物追求的目标。近年来,在期刊竞争日益激烈、优秀稿件大量外流的背景下,我们牢固树立"以质量求生存,以特色求发展"的办刊理念,依托我校重点学科和重点研究基地及硕士点各学科,以全国名优栏目"周秦文化与青铜器研究"、"张载与关学研究"为重点,加强与高影响作者、知名学者、客座教授及学术顾问的联系;采取专、兼职与全体编委三位一体的约稿模式;认真选题,匿名审稿,提高编辑与编排质量,学术影响力不断扩大,已基本形成了我校的办刊特色。
